Publisher Terms
Last updated: July 16, 2026
Acceptance and Relationship
These Publisher Terms apply to every publisher application and account using AffiliateNetwork, operated by AffiliateNetwork Inc. Publishers act as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, franchisees, or representatives of AffiliateNetwork or an advertiser.
Application and Approval
Registration and email verification do not guarantee approval or campaign access. AffiliateNetwork may request identity, business, beneficial-ownership, media-ownership, audience, traffic-source, tax, payment, and promotional-method information before or after activation. Publishers must keep submitted information accurate and current.
Media Ownership and Authority
Publishers must own, control, or be authorised to use every website, application, social account, email list, community, software property, or other media source submitted to AffiliateNetwork. Undisclosed third-party distribution, credential sharing, white-labelling, and use of unapproved media buyers or subcontractors are prohibited.
Programme Access
Publishers may only promote campaigns assigned to their account and must follow all advertiser, campaign, and AffiliateNetwork requirements. Approval for one campaign, territory, creative, placement, or promotional method does not imply approval for another. Access, rates, validation rules, and permissions may change or be withdrawn at any time.
Promotion and Disclosures
Promotional content must be accurate, lawful, current, suitable for the audience, and clearly disclosed as advertising or affiliate content where required. Publishers must follow restrictions concerning paid search, trademarks, coupons, incentives, email, SMS, push, software, browser extensions, social promotion, geography, pricing, availability, claims, endorsements, and creative materials.
Tracking and Attribution
Publishers must use approved tracking links and must not alter, obscure, overwrite, intercept, or manipulate tracking. AffiliateNetwork may record publisher identifiers, click references, referring sources, devices, media properties, placements, and transaction information for reporting, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
Commissions and Payments
Commissions remain pending until validated by the relevant advertiser under the applicable campaign terms. Cancelled, returned, duplicated, fraudulent, untracked, non-compliant, or reversed transactions are not payable. Payment methods, thresholds, currencies, deductions, reserves, tax requirements, and timing may vary by account and programme.
Taxes and Payment Information
Publishers are responsible for their own taxes, registrations, reporting, and valid payment details. AffiliateNetwork may require tax forms, identity documents, beneficial-owner information, invoices, or other records before payment and may withhold amounts where required by law or until discrepancies are resolved.
Records, Audit, and Cooperation
Publishers must maintain reasonable records supporting traffic sources, media ownership, placements, creatives, disclosures, consent, leads, orders, and promotional activity. AffiliateNetwork may request relevant evidence, conduct account or traffic reviews, and share source-level information with advertisers and relevant service providers. Failure to cooperate may result in restrictions, withheld disputed amounts, reversals, suspension, or termination.
Data Protection
Publishers must comply with applicable privacy, cookie, electronic-marketing, and data-security law. They must obtain required consent, honour opt-out requests, secure personal information, and provide accurate privacy notices. Personal data received through AffiliateNetwork may only be used for the authorised programme purpose.
Confidentiality
Non-public campaign terms, commission rates, tracking methods, advertiser instructions, investigations, partner identities, and technical or commercial information must be protected and may not be disclosed except as authorised or legally required.
No Unauthorised Reselling or Account Sharing
Publishers may not broker or resell AffiliateNetwork campaign access, or permit undisclosed parties to use their account, unless AffiliateNetwork and every other relevant party have provided express written approval.
Sanctions and Ethical Conduct
Publishers must comply with applicable sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption requirements. They may not conceal beneficial ownership, payment recipients, traffic sources, or business relationships, and may not offer improper incentives to obtain campaign access or favourable treatment.
Enforcement and Termination
AffiliateNetwork Inc may pause links, restrict campaigns, reject transactions, withhold disputed amounts, establish reserves, reverse affected commissions, suspend accounts, or terminate access where required to protect advertisers, users, rights holders, or platform integrity. Obligations concerning records, confidentiality, taxes, payment reconciliation, liability, and disputes survive termination where applicable.
Publisher Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, publishers will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AffiliateNetwork Inc, its personnel, advertisers, and service providers from claims, penalties, losses, and reasonable costs arising from publisher content, traffic, promotions, data practices, legal violations, programme breaches, or third-party activity authorised through the publisher account.
Governing Law and Contact
Governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute procedures will be confirmed in the final reviewed version of these Publisher Terms. Questions, evidence, formal notices, or compliance disclosures can be sent to [email protected] or [email protected].
