Contracting Entity

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and AffiliateNetwork Inc, which operates the AffiliateNetwork website, platform, and related services. Additional publisher, advertiser, campaign, or programme terms may also apply and more restrictive programme requirements take precedence.

Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use AffiliateNetwork for a business or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information and be authorised to act for every business and media property you submit.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for account security and all activity performed through your credentials. Credentials may not be shared with unapproved parties. You must promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Registration, email verification, or account creation does not guarantee publisher approval, continued access, or access to any campaign.

Platform Role

AffiliateNetwork operates as an affiliate network connecting advertisers and publishers. It may review publishers, facilitate approval-based access to campaigns, provide tracking and reporting tools where available, support compliance cooperation, and process eligible publisher payments after transaction validation under the applicable campaign and platform terms.

Campaign and Programme Access

Campaign availability may change at any time. Users may only promote programmes assigned to their account and only through disclosed and permitted media properties, traffic sources, territories, creatives, and promotional methods. Approval for one programme, territory, placement, or method does not imply approval for another.

Tracking and Reporting

Approved tracking links must not be altered, concealed, overwritten, intercepted, or manipulated. Reporting is provided as available and may be delayed, corrected, reconciled, or reversed based on advertiser data and applicable campaign terms. AffiliateNetwork does not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete attribution, or error-free reporting.

Commissions and Payments

Commissions remain pending until the relevant advertiser validates the transaction under the applicable campaign terms. Cancelled, returned, duplicated, fraudulent, untracked, non-compliant, or reversed transactions are not payable. Payment methods, thresholds, currencies, deductions, tax documentation, and cycles may vary by account and campaign.

Acceptable Use and Compliance

Users must comply with applicable law, advertising disclosure requirements, the Acceptable Use Policy, Publisher Terms, privacy and consent obligations, intellectual-property rights, programme rules, and reasonable compliance requests. AffiliateNetwork may investigate activity, request evidence, pause links, restrict campaigns, withhold disputed amounts, reverse affected commissions, suspend accounts, or terminate access.

Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, and Lawful Business

Users may not use AffiliateNetwork in violation of trade sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, tax, consumer-protection, or other applicable law. Users must not offer or accept improper payments or conceal the identity of parties, beneficial owners, traffic sources, or payment recipients.

Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

AffiliateNetwork Inc and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding, and original content. Third-party advertiser, network, product, and service names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Non-public campaign terms, rates, technical information, investigations, and partner information must be kept confidential unless disclosure is authorised or legally required.

Privacy and Data

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. To operate affiliate services, AffiliateNetwork may process and share relevant publisher, media-property, click, traffic-source, transaction, compliance, tax, and payment information with advertisers, service providers, advisers, and authorities where required.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. AffiliateNetwork may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for policy breaches, fraud risk, inaccurate information, non-cooperation, advertiser instructions, legal requirements, security concerns, or discontinued services. Obligations concerning payments, records, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination where applicable.

Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. AffiliateNetwork does not guarantee approval, campaign availability, advertiser acceptance, conversion volume, commission rates, revenue, uptime, tracking completeness, or payment of unvalidated transactions. AffiliateNetwork Inc is not liable for incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AffiliateNetwork Inc and its officers, personnel, service providers, and advertisers from claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your content, traffic, promotions, data practices, legal violations, campaign breaches, or misuse of the services.

Governing Law and Disputes

Governing law, jurisdiction, and formal dispute procedures will be confirmed in the final reviewed version of these terms. Until then, both parties are expected to raise concerns in writing and attempt to resolve them in good faith through the contact details published on this website.

Electronic Communications and Notices

You agree to receive account, policy, compliance, and contractual communications electronically. Formal notices to AffiliateNetwork Inc may be sent to [email protected] and the registered address displayed on the website when configured. Notices to users may be sent to the account email address or displayed through the platform.

General Provisions

AffiliateNetwork may assign these terms in connection with a reorganisation, financing, sale, or transfer of the business. You may not assign them without written consent. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and incorporated policies form the entire agreement concerning the services unless separate written terms apply.

Changes and Contact
